The pricing of our products on Endé.com reflects the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) inclusive of all applicable local taxes in India. Additional taxes may apply depending on the destination of shipment. The tax rate applied to your order includes both state and local taxes based on the shipping address. Endé reserves the right to collect any additional taxes, levies, duties, or surcharges as required. Delivery charges, which may include postal or shipment fees, may also be applied.
BILLING:
In certain circumstances, orders placed may be unable to be processed or dispatched. Endé reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Reasons for cancellation may include limited quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department, or product quality concerns. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If any portion of your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method within 30 working days. Any vouchers used will be reinstated in the case of cancellation by Endé.

SHIPPING:
Endé aims to deliver products within the specified timeframes, though delivery times are not guaranteed. Failure to deliver within the specified time does not constitute a breach of contract. Additional shipping charges may apply if delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability.
We ship domestic orders via registered courier companies, with delivery typically within 4-8 business days, and international orders within 12-18 business days.
